I live out of state and needed to find someone quickly to fix my elderly mother's laptop. I found this business online and took a chance. It was the best decision I have made in a long time! Steve is professional, friendly and as honest as the day is long. He went to my mother's home, picked up her laptop and took it with him, returning it the next day in better-than-new condition.
