I was very pleased with the work they did painting the outside of my house. Guys are courteous. Didn't hit me for extras. I recommend you use them and that means a lot since I rarely am satisfied.

I had a very good experience with Fernando. He and his team do a great job and pay attention to detail. They also get things done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Fernando Perales, owner, did a wonderful job on our house in Holly Lake Ranch. He is an excellent painter that really knows his trade. He was prompt and courteous throughout the job and protected our new roof and property like it was his own. He is also insured which was a rarity in this area. I can totally recommend his company for both interior and exterior paint jobs. He was a pleasure to work with!

We have used Your Neighborhood Painter, LLC, owned by Fernando Perales, twice in the last six months. First, he stained our new cabinets and painted our new kitchen island, and more recently he (and his crew, Omar and Rico) came back and painted our house and shed. Fernando is a perfectionist and won't stop until the job meets HIS expectations! I can't say enough positive things about our experience with him and his crew. They are top notch!!!
