First time customer. I was recommended by my niece. I booked my appointment through fb a week ago. The salon was booked out a week for the service that I requested. The salon requires for you to pay a deposit to confirm your appointment. I paid a $50 deposit. A couple days later, I canceled my appointment. I found someone who could provide service sooner. The stylists are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. You feel welcomed the moment you walk in. The salon is clean and the decor is cool and relaxing. They listen to your needs and wants and give honest advice.
Today was my 1st visit and I am a very satisfied customer. Very professional atmosphere while still being very comfortable and welcoming. Golden said a great job on my interlock retightening and made sure to talk me through her process to ensure that I was very comfortable. I have made all of my appointments for the rest of the year.

Best natural hair salon in Kansas City by far. LaShaun started my sisterlocks (an incredibly beautiful woman in all aspects) three and a half years ago. Whenever I come home I always schedule an appointment with them. They are the only salon I've ever let touch my hair because they're the only ones I trust.
