Worst tax experience I have ever had. After giving me counsel through the year and following all their instructions, they assured me I would have the results they promised. When the time came to file taxes and all the numbers were put in, Conrad once again assured me their calculations were correct. After 3 days, instead of a phone call, I received a half hearted email telling me I ended up owing A LOT more than they previously calculated.
