The donuts were alright. The customer service was terrible. She seemed like she didnt want to be there. Even when i asked her how she was doing today, she just ignored the question and ask “is that all? Or did you want a drink?” A lady came in after me and asked about the mini donuts that were on the counter and about the flavors. She responded “these are the mini donuts, we also have the normal sized donuts back there. If you look at the board, you can read all the flavors. I have no idea what these people are talking about but these donuts are horrible. You might as well eat straight yeast because that is all you will taste. I wouldn’t even call these donuts.
I just got an assorted dozen mini donuts at the Monroe location and was impressed with the selection of flavors and the friendliness of the employee. The strawberry balsamic was very good and has the freshest strawberry flavor. Thanks for coming to Monroe!
I could not believe how amazing these donuts were. They are so fresh and the new minis give you a chance to try different flavors without being overloaded. Gene's warmth and care for each customer made the whole experience wonderful. It is something you don't want to miss!!!!!
