I was very impressed at first with the selection and gourmet approach of this donut shop, but the donuts were simply too oily. The first donut was out of this world. The second was just heavy on my stomach. About 15 minutes later I was physically ill. I have never felt that way after eating any donuts. As amazing as the first donut was the aftermath of the second left me regretting ever trying their donuts. I don't think I will ever go back simply due to the oily content of the donut. I love this donut shop! I unfortunately discovered it when helping a friend move away from the Matthews area. So now I have to drive an hour to get the best donuts in NC, and yet it is so worth it. I have always had a great experience, and my most recent trip last week was no exception. I had a minor issue and the owner fixed it immediately plus some. I will continue to think they are worth the drive!
I didn't think I was really into donuts! But OMG...these donuts are so awesome and slightly addictive! haha! I'm a Salted Caramel connoisseur LOL... so I had to try theirs! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! The cinnamon roll, donut bread pudding and the cinnamon sugar donuts are my fav! I literally drive almost 30 mins for these yummy goodies! Great donuts and great staff! What more could a girl ask for!

Holy Cow! Went to a wedding and they decided on Your Mom's Donuts instead of a wedding cake. They were the best donuts I have ever had. They were huge...best of all not cloyingly sweet. Absolutely divine! Thank you!
