Not exactly sure why my experience has been bad when it seems everyone had good things to say. I sent messages early in the morning and was told someone would be out in the afternoon. It is 4:53, it is dark. I have called 3 times, sent a message via messager and sent at least 5 follow up text messages through out the day requesting an eta. And, I have received no communication. RecommendedMy husband and I were stranded in Seattle after our truck broke down. They drove an hour away just to come help us. They diagnosed the problem quickly and scheduled us in for the next day to fix our truck. Very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Your Mobile Mechanic.
My drive belt came off my car,I called Your Mobile Mechanic within an hour Bry was at my car with the belt and in less then 2hrs. had me back on the road.Totally excellent service and very reasonable,When I need a mechanic I will be calling Bry again and will recommend him to all my friends and family.
For 5 days straight I've been left on read and just plain ignored for an hour job tops.
After talking to many dealerships and mechanics about my Master craft boat and being very disappointed in options for repair... Brian restored my optimism by clearly explaining how he will repair my boat so that it is running safely and at full speed... he is coming back on a Sunday so we can get back to waterskiing very soon before summer is gone!! gave this man $1000.00 towards parts and labor and he took our money and wont return our calls either. no longer lives at same address either completly ripped us off!!!
Mechanic was more than willing to answer any of my questions. He made sure he was replacing the right part which saved me a lot of money.
