YMG brings a retrofitted school bus to your home and helps you get in shape with weights and strength training exercises. YMG does monthly progress check-ins to make sure you are meeting your goals, and using YMG, my husband and I have lost body fat and gained muscle tone. He even went down a pants size in 2 months! YMG is the best personal training you can find in Atlanta, and we strongly recommend them.
