Absolutely horrible management. Sylvia (who called herself "Sally" on the phone) is by far the most rude, unprofessional, and incompetent person I have ever dealt with. She speaks to customers with complete disrespect, acts as if she owns the place, and seems to believe everyone should simply accept whatever she says without question. I’m a former tenant who has had a nightmare of a time with them. Based on the reviews alone, this company raises serious concerns. Instead of addressing feedback professionally, their responses publicly attack and shame the people leaving reviews. That level of hostility from a property management company is alarming. If this is how they respond in public where everyone can see it, it makes you wonder how they treat tenants and property owners behind the scenes. Absolutely the worst. Rude, unprofessional and incapable.
We are out of state, and Slyvia has been our long-term property manager for years now. She and her staff are always very responsive and always give us comfort that our house (and tenants) will be looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and look forward to continuing our relationship into the future!
