Signed contract wth Local Roofing (Charles Goss) in February 2018 and paid half contract price of $10,600. Business reportedly closed shortly thereafter. Have not heard or seen him since. Also, Charles brought two employees to my house when contract was signed,the female needed to use our restroom. A box of jewelry was missing after they left
