Stenely was fabulous! She was available super short notice and worked efficiently but did a thorough and impressive job. Very impressed! My new place smells and looks super clean. Next time I need a good clean I will use Your Lifecycle Cleaning and ask for Stenely.
Honestly, I was really disappointed with the service. I paid for a deep clean and it felt more like a regular one. The person who came was really nice, no complaints about her. But, I just don’t understand the point of paying for a deep clean if the service is going to be subpar. For example, my walls still have stains, so do my floors, my window sills are still dirty, etc. I was hoping to have found the company I would get cleans from regularly, but I won’t be using this companies services again. Been using YLC for several years. They always deliver five star service from accommodating my last minute requests to special requests. Rhomalyn and Rachel always professional and caring. Most recently Shiva meticulously cleaned my home… very professional and thorough! Five stars all around. Highly recommend!!!
