Have trained at various gyms at Port, this is by far the best. A lot of variety for change. Peak hr doesn't affect my plan due to so much equipment. Great customer service!

Great place to keep fit! It's clean, there's lots of options and the staff were friendly & informative. This suited us perfectly as they have very reasonable weekly passes.

My husband and I train at the Sovereign Hill’s facility and absolutely love it. Great equipment, vibes and friendly people. The owners Gavin and Amy are lovely people who look after the community they’ve created. If you’re looking for a fitness facility, definitely check this one out.

Your life is truly the standout gym in Port Macquarie, from the way everything is layed out to the lighting and ambiance of the space and the cleaniness of the amenities this gym makes any amateur or hard gym veteren feel real comfortable and that is evident with the large variety of people that attend. Thank you for providing such a great gym for me to get back into shape!!!
