Horrendous rudeness at desk. Understandably, it was a full waiting room with holiday colds and masks etc. Lady at desk with her mask on and looking down at cell phone or something.....she barely glanced at me, and said "take a seat ..I'll call you" ...she didn't even ask ny name or really see me ... how could she call me in that crowd ?!..I left. Luckily my doctor saw me on zoom for painful sinus issue
Arrived at 5:30 pm w my 3 year old daughter burning up 103.5 fever. Online they close at 8. They actually close at 6. The girl at the front desk had the balls to say they reached maximum # of walk ins and the place was empty.
