Vacationing from out of state with my 3-week old. Was seen quickly for our concern. The Nurse Practitioner was extremely helpful, and put our minds at ease. Very thankful we can enjoy visiting grandparents without the worry.
Front desk medical assistant was wonderful but physician on duty was horrible had an nasty attitude and rushed us out of the office.
Couldn’t get our insurance info verified for whatever reason...wanted to charge us out of pocket prices Instead of treating my son and calling insurance the next day. Went to All Children’s Hospital in lieu and they had NO issues with our insurance. Extremely disappointed in this establishment!!
