I’ve been taking my children to this location for years, and overall they’ve consistently provided good care, prompt service, and reliable follow-up. We’ve rarely had long wait times, and our experiences have generally been positive. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing with a very sick baby, and after standing at the desk for several minutes without acknowledgment, I was asked if I was there to check in, and annoyingly responded that I was. We're on vacation. The baby came down with a fever. This place was close, convenient hours, and no wait when we arrived. Check in using the qr code wasn't bad. The nurse practitioner was lovely and professional. Promptly diagnosed our child with an ear infection and we were out the door in 18 minutes total.

Brought my kids and they were taken well care of. The NP answered all our questions about flu an and b and even gave us some things to watch for. I appreciate their help and the care they provided.
