This review is based solely on my interactions with the person handling scheduling, Jestine, I believe. The communication was less than satisfactory. Every time we spoke, it sounded like she was in a car, and on one occasion, it sounded like she was in a loud restaurant. I was scheduled for a 10:00 a.m. appointment, and when I hadn’t heard anything by 10:05, I called. I was then told the provider could not see me for what I needed. Marlene has been amazing to talk with!
First I want to start with I'm so very grateful for Your Journey Counseling has changed my life . I thank God for leading me to the help I needed and still need. I thank this company for going out of their way to help me find a psychiatrist that accepted my insurance. My therapist always gets back to me when I need help or even a simple question. I go to your journey counseling and I happen to love Marlene. She is very kind very warm very welcoming and all around. Great person. If it wasn’t for her I don’t know where I would be right now.
Sorry to say Marlene is very nice and very understanding the only problem is she slept through half the first appointment and was late to the second appointment and was not very conducive to people who don't do computers
