Highly recommend Your Jeweller! My diamond fell out of its setting, and boss handled the repair with incredible expertise. Not only is the craftsmanship top-notch and the pricing very fair, but the experience itself was wonderful. The lady who assisted me (I’m guessing she’s the shop owner) was very lovely. Showed her my necklace and she fixed it for me straight away. The repair price is very reasonable and good quality. Highly recommended for your jewellery repair needs. ☺️💯
I needed a silver ring resized and found Your Jeweller online. Julie was so lovely and accomodating, we decided on my size and a few days later it was ready for pickup. After wearing it for a few days I realised the size was slightly too big (should’ve done a shake test with my hand or something when I picked it up). I will be honest this was not my 1st choice. The one I picked prior to this one, was so disinterested in my problem. So, I decided to to look for another one and thank fully I found "Your Jeweller" and it was the best decision I ever made. Although, my piece wasn't worth thousands but it's priceless to me. Julie and her team have done a couple of jobs for me recently, as I've brought back some antique jewellery from Mexico and needed some repairs and alterations. Julie was wonderful - she spent the time consulting with me and discussing my options thoroughly.
