Highly recommend Your Jeweller! My diamond fell out of its setting, and boss handled the repair with incredible expertise. Not only is the craftsmanship top-notch and the pricing very fair, but the experience itself was wonderful. The lady who assisted me (I’m guessing she’s the shop owner) was very lovely. Showed her my necklace and she fixed it for me straight away. The repair price is very reasonable and good quality. Highly recommended for your jewellery repair needs. ☺️💯
Julie was fantastic to deal with. I dropped off two of my rings and was able to pick them up the same day, and the repair quality was outstanding. She was very friendly and took the time to explain the cleaning process and pricing. I was so happy with the results that I’ve already taken another ring in and can’t wait to collect it today. A diamond fell out of my engagement ring and after much research I found this incredible little shop that was local to me after reading such great reviews I thought id pop by and ask about fixing it. Julie was just incredible from the moment I spoke to her, so reassuring and explained the whole process! I gave her my ring and only 2 days later she called me that it was ready to collect!
