Have brought a few pieces of jewellery to Julie since moving to Melbourne and always been very happy with her work. She does it at a very good price and is always upfront with the details. Would happily recommend her.
Be careful when shopping here. Happy to take payment but not to help to resolve issues she created. Julie is extremely condescending and finds it hard to listen without interrupting. This isn’t a personal attack on Julie, but I will recommend her to work on her customer service skills. Julie begged for me to leave a review the first time I used her service; So unfortunately after trying to be a returning customer I will have to leave an honest one now ! BE WARNED WHEN SHOPPING HERE!
