We are very satisfied with the results. This is our first lawsuit and it was scary. There was a lot more involved than we realized. We had to go through mediation - trying to settle things - but that didn’t work. The trial was very long and nerve wracking. It was settled for half a day but went all day. Even the judge was tired. he wanted a week to send his order. We won. We won. We won! Thank you!

I hired Mr Nicole to handle a foreclosure/modification issue. He was able to get modification in place and the bank to file a full dismissal with 7 months. He updated me after each hearing and patiently answered all my questions. He treated me with respect and talked to me without being condescending. I would highly recommend Mr. Nicol.
