I was interested in a property at Fore Ranch, in Ocala. I told them I will be using a lawyer for closing and do not need an agent. They said for my protection I had to sign a, showing agreement. I said one more time that I do not need their services to buy and they told me that it is not going to be a problem. I had them send me the agreement before driving an hour.
