The communication from the entire office was excellent. Odette always answered all of my questions timely, addressed my concerns thoughtfully and was very respectful from start to finish. She always had my best interest as her priority. I did not feel rushed or pushed to make any decisions. When she was out of the office, everyone from the office stepped in to make sure everything stayed on track!
