Hunter's dedication, expertise, and responsiveness is a model to what a real estate professional should strive to be. Upon our encounter with Hunter, we were unprepared and unsure how to navigate the market. He took the time to assist us in getting pre-approved and submit an offer within one day for a dream home we stumbled upon. With his help, we managed to navigate escrow and close quickly all while we welcomed our baby to the world. He was also consistently checking in on us during his honeymoon! We found a home that checked off all the boxes for us however we had not started even the pre approval process. With offers being reviewed in 2 days, Hunter was able to guide us through the process and connect us with great resources. With his help, we were able to submit an offer before the deadline. He assisted us while we were expecting our first baby. Our son came sooner than expected during the process and Hunter was so patient and helpful with escrow. He was able to get us credits and concessions while being completely... read more
Hunter guided us through the daunting process of purchasing our first home, and I cannot say enough good things about him and the entire process. He worked with us over a long period of time as we sought a property that was just right for us, and was instrumental in the closing process going well. As beginners, we had so many questions, and Hunter was always by our side to answer all of them and ensure a smooth process. He also is a wealth of knowledge relating to real estate, and we regularly still talk to discuss strategie... read more
Hunter is a terrific real estate agent. I really enjoyed working with him. He was patient with me and when I wanted to see a home he made it happen the next day or sometimes even the same day I found something interested in to look at. He is flexible, reliable and very good at answering all your questions and guiding you in the closing process. I purchased my beautiful condo with his help and I’m very happy in my home. I referred him to my sister and her husband and they also got their home thru Hunter. Highly recommend Hunt... read more
Working with Hunter to get our house sold was amazing. Hunter was professional, kind, efficient, informative and most importantly he was extremely responsive. We were moving out of state and had so many questions along the way. He walked us through every single step from beginning to end. We ended up moving (out of state) before our home in CA was sold but that did not stop Hunter from keeping us up to date every day and keeping in contact several times through out the days until everything was finalized. On more than one oc... read more
