Working with Chris was a great experience. He took the time to really understand my needs and made sure every detail was covered. You can tell he truly cares about helping his clients and is personally invested in the transaction.
The whole process was terrible. I had to call and follow up on everything. He was not proactive. I brought him the home and still had to arrange and coordinate my own closing. He sells his deals on relationships with lenders but when I refused to give him the term sheet from competition lenders, he lost interest and never even returned the call.
