Marly and David did an incredible job assisting us with the purchase of our new house. Their knowledge of the market's area and their experience were very helpful in determining the location as well as future resale value for the area. Marly and David were very involved in all aspects of the closing. They were very responsive and always gave great advice. We felt that they were looking out for us at all times.
Were excellent in securing a buyer, getting a competitive offer and helping facilitate a few upgrades that needed to be done before closing. Easy closing while back in Boston and always there to assist, coordinate and answer questions!! I highly recommend them!!
