Booked a Telehealth appointment for my toddler who is unwell. Appointment booked for 9am, get a message at 8 telling me to ring to pre-pay for the appointment, do that, but they don’t open till 8:30. Wait till 8:30 and call and make the payment. On the HotDoc app it says I’m first in queue. Great. Wait till 9am, no call. 9:10, 9:15 and then 9:20 still nothing. Call them and the receptionist tells me the doctor is running late but I’m her first appointment and that she’ll reach out to prompt her. Hasn’t even got to work yet! ... read more

had a frustrating experience at this clinic. The doctor seemed more focused on charging unnecessary fees rather than providing genuine care. They insisted on a private COVID test, which I declined, and their attitude changed afterward. I was then charged $200 for a 20-minute consultation, which felt excessive for the service provided. Not a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for fair and patient-centered care
Saw Dr Ali today at short notice. Very helpful and thorough. Would highly recommend. Reception Staff and Nurse were also very helpful and friendly
