Only ever had one decent cleaner from this company who sadly injured her hand and had to leave. Every other cleaner would rush through the job, not cleaning anything correctly, then leave and I would still get charged for the full 2 hours. However my biggest complaint was being charged $900 to have my carpets and lounges cleaned. The 4 rooms with carpet were all small rooms that had furniture in them, so it wasn’t the whole rooms getting done, the lounges were one 2 seater and one 2.5 seater.
