I've been trying to get life insurance for over 2 months now and it's all held up by this doctor not releasing my records to the insurance company. I've since visited this location twice to no avail. When I was, keyword "was", a patient here they didn't inform me about the fasting protocol prior to my bloodwork so my numbers were off. I did bloodwork elsewhere with proper fasting and the numbers were great.
