As an Emergency Department RN, I am use to complaints and never leave bad reviews that are healthcare related because I understand. However, this place is a joke. We were unable to get ANY care needed for my step-dad who suddenly fell critically ill. Spoke to a nurse on the phone who complained about us looking at his own patient portal- Although it had been a week, she still stated, "See, that's why I hate those things!
