Communication is HORRIBLE. Staff could care less. Providers refuse patients medications that they need. I called to get medicine called into the pharmacy for my grandma at 8:30. Got a call back at 9:30 from Regina saying they could send in a months worth of the medicine that she needs. Here we are 5 o’clock on a Friday and they did not send it in or call me to update on why they haven’t done so.
