GREAT AND HELPFUL STAFF
I went here to get a COVID test Monday 12/27/21 at 1:53pm & was not tested until 5pm. I still have not received my results. I have been extremely sick all week & still don't know if it's COVID. The staff here is EXTREMELY unprofessional. The young guy who took my swab violated HIPPA (patient privacy laws) on several occasions but the worst was when he allowed someone waiting to get tested to look thru all the test bags he had to prove he didn't have her name, mine happened to be one of the bags he had so my privacy was viola... read more
Not trying to be racial because I am a African-American woman & I gets my job done without any procrastination, but this is what happens when you put a Lot of African Americans and one place to work they always slack when Authority is not around.. This place is trash. Was there for 4 hours and couldn’t even get tested. I don’t know how this place is still functioning.
