My mom was referred by a previous home health care company for PT few months ago. Thinking we were going to get started, I received a phone call from a young lady, and we agreed 2pm time. No one showed I’m assuming. If so, not even a phone call if she were just out the front. I’ve called the office but all there is to do is leave a msg, (2x) which I haven’t received a returned call… yet.
