Hello, we have been unsuccessful in receiving our zapper and contacting this company. I spoke with them once that the zapper was mailed out, but we have not received a tracking number. We thought the product would arrive before we had to move, but it has not. We are concerned because now we cannot track the package to see when it will arrive. We have spent $310.68. and would either like to receive our zapper or get a refund. Please help.

Health by design review Awful! I placed an order with this company and not only did I never receive my order, but I also never received one response to any of my emails regarding my order. I never received anything about my order being shipped and they didn't have to decency to even reply to me when I emailed them about shipment.
