Worst possible care I’ve ever received, they sent the incorrect prescription, called 6 times and still can’t get any help to correct this issue. Long wait times, can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone, and when you walk in I feel like I’m at a homeless shelter. This service is what I’d expect in a third world country. Not Moore Oklahoma
I'm deeply disappointed with my experience at this place. Despite being a patient since June, it has been nothing but frustrating. I'm still waiting for a prescription for one medication, and another medication took weeks to obtain. The process of getting a refill was a complete nightmare. I had to practically beg them, calling every day for a week, before finally visiting the office in person.
