The best mental health clinic. This place has made a huge difference in my life.
I made an appointment for Friday at 7pm. I had something come up last minute. I called Friday at 12:15pm to reschedule after being charged the full amount of $145. No one there to answer the phone. I left a message and sent an email. They had already left for the day yet they had a therapist working until 7pm. No way to get a hold of anyone. No big deal except I try to reschedule again on Monday to be told that they are considering it no show and charging me the full $145 and not letting me reschedule but I can book another ... read more
Our family psychiatrist has consistently gone above and beyond for us. They balance professionalism with genuine compassion and create a safe space where everyone feels comfortable opening up. Communication is clear, treatment plans are thoughtful, and follow-ups show true care. We couldn’t ask for better support for our family’s mental health.

I don't ever write reviews, but they have been so amazing here I figured I needed to. First of all, this is the first place that I have ever felt heard and respected. Dr. Heathman takes my concerns into account and we work as a team on my treatment rather than giving me a "my way or the highway" attitude. I was seeing a virtual psychiatrist before and she would spend 10 minutes with me, if that, and rush me off the phone.
