Since i cant write new review im editing this one to respond to the owner, so to be clear this is the establishment i intend to write a review about i was trying to be a patient but yall are unwilling to work with new patients and their schedule shows lack of passion for helping people and no consideration for those that are struggling to get help .This place is unwilling to work with patients schedules and like most dr. Tried to leave a message for my Dr when a med change had a severely poor side effect. No reply from my Dr as of 2 business days later, no reason given. Also, my Dr has been late for more than half of my virtual appts by about half of an appointment. Still billed in full, every time.
I have been to a psychiatrist for the past 5 years and been to counselors and all I had been doing was adding bandaids to my wounds that just were not healing. I've finally made an appointment with Dr. Heathman and my wounds are starting to heal. I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Heathman. He did in 3 months what I had not experienced the past 5 years! I see I’m not the first one who they take away money without any care. The doctor got sick (not my fault) and with a lot of miscommunication on their part they ended up charging me $160 for the appointment the doctor couldn’t attend. They need to explain better how their policies work as we cannot be guessing for them. Didn’t even care to offer another appointment or any solution for both parties. All they want is your money! My daughter didn’t have a connection with the doctor so gladly we will leave and find someone better... read more
