I'm not sure if the most recent positive reviews of this place came from an alternate universe, and somehow ended up in ours, but my wife's was completely different. She took her engagement ring in for a resize and appraisal, the gentleman working there was very friendly and assured her that resizing the ring would be simple, and could be done by the next day.
