I will never visit this dentist again. I went in once for a simple extraction, and ever since then I’ve been receiving constant promotional messages without my consent. Using a patient’s contact details for unsolicited marketing is completely unprofessional. No one enjoys going to the dentist in the first place, so the last thing anyone wants is to be spammed afterwards. It’s very frustrating.
My experience was not that impressive my appointment was 11am for the first time . I did receive many messages last fews day reminding the day.. either two horas before they send message I arrive 10.45 am .was 12.10 still waiting to be attended ♀️ I left without see anyone ( I at the time still I have others patient front of me . looks like they give more appointments the what they can handle .
I am very frustrated with this clinic. I've been there several times and the only time that my appointment went well was the first time I went for a consultation. The rest of the appointments has been a nightmare either with long queues, waiting for more than an hour to be seen and end up with frustration because they never delivered what they promised.
