Super helpful staff! Not only did they return my lenses to the lab before calling me in for a fitting (the lenses didn't fit correctly in the frames), but they found a rebate for me (and provided all the necessary paperwork) that I didn't even know was available. Very thorough perfectionists.
I work really close to here and one day my glasses just broke so I called and they were able to get me an appointment within a few days. The staff is very friendly and helpful plus they were happy to answer any questions that I had. Their selection of glasses is amazing and the prices can't be beat. I'm definitely going to be a return customer.
Everyone at Your Eyes was super friendly and helpful. I went in to get new glasses and an eye exam. It was easily the best experience I've had at an eye doctor! They have a great selection of glasses and they were able to give me the thinnest lenses I've ever had by far.
The staff was awesome. I went there for a glass frame repair (the screw in the leg went missing). In the repair the gentleman noticed the paint of my frame was coming off. He told me that this was a defect and I can request for a replacement. He then contacted the manufacturer and arranged everything for me. The new frame arrived today and I got it for free.
