Where do I begin? The Vinings GA facility was acquired in Dec 2021. They did not switch accounts to their invoicing system and 2 months went by before I noticed I was not only delinquent, but I was being charged $16 MORE per month for the same 5x5 space I occupied for approx 5 years. This was finally remedied. Visited the site online to pay and noticed my exact unit is advertised for $54 monthly. The exact same size.
