$63!!!! Just to remove shellac!!!! And even with a manicure added which is $65 for a total $128 and they want to charge 50% to cancel I will never go back!!!!! I told them I dont normally get shellac and everywhere I look online its only 10-20 and sometimes less if you get a manicure. I feel like are taking if advantage and over charging. Completely ridiculous!!!!!
Lovely ladies as themselves! The customer experience is lacking professionally; no introductions, no good-byes, intermittent offer of beverages to select clients (not all). First time client, scheduled services to find out at the time of the appointment that the receptionist didn't ask/offer/explain that nail services are ONLY a single, solid color without design. Lovely place but they don't have proper pedicure chairs - they just soak your feet in a metal bowl with no way to rinse the soap afterwards. The woman who did my pedicure was wonderful and the place was very nice. I'll be back again but unfortunately not for a pedicure.
Very relaxing atmosphere and the staff is fantastic
Really enjoyed our appointment. Staff was super friendly, products used (facials) well suited to individual needs.
