Slow not friendly then because she was slow told me could not do French mani which was what was booked mediocre at best

I have been going to Your Escape Day Spa for years and I love it. Everyone is so professional and the spa is so comforting. When it comes time to book my appointments, I use email and the receptionist is so extremely accommodating. They email back and forth with me for as long as it takes to get me an appointment, working around my schedules. Not to mention I always get exactly what I book in for. Got a manicure here and I was very very impressed with the skill my artist had and how reasonable the prices were! Very professional atmosphere and workers. Will definitely be my go to for everything from now on!
I have been bringing my mom for a few years now. I take her to see Laura every time and have to say that Laura is just so patient and attentive with my mom (who has dementia) and she also does an absolute beautiful job with nail art as well! My mom has had a few issues that have come up while there, but the staff are so understanding and super all around. Thank you Laura and Ladies for everything!
