We were feeling so lost and down about the whole process of getting help for my Dad - no one returned any of our calls and when they did, it seemed like making any progress would take several months. I highly recommend Rebecca - we hired her to help manage a family member in memory care and she was excellent. She coordinated with the various doctors, signed our family member up for concierge care (who knew that was a thing?) and generally gave us a lot of peace of mind. 5 stars!
