I had a great experience working with Your Dog Butler to bring my rescue cat, Freddie, from the United States to Canada. Arlene was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and guided me through all the paperwork and customs requirements. My dog came in from Europe on a plane and we both got picked up from the cargo building and transferred to the address. Everything was well timed and organized. We even had a little break for the dog to stretch her legs and relieve. Definitely recommending this service!

Amazing service throughout!! I had to relocate my Frenchie last minute after knowing it's not recommended for him to be cargo held. Arlene was incredibily quick in response and found me drivers in 1 day. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, everything was well organized and communicated.
