I had a great experience working with Your Dog Butler to bring my rescue cat, Freddie, from the United States to Canada. I had been struggling to have my 4 month old puppy from shipped from Toronto to BC, for several weeks and just when I was nearly defeated and all hope seemed lost, Dog Butler came to the rescue! I found them through a desperate search, looking for a solution after the breeder was unable to successfully ship out my puppy after multiple attempts due to circumstances out her or my control. Amazing service throughout!! I had to relocate my Frenchie last minute after knowing it's not recommended for him to be cargo held. Arlene was incredibily quick in response and found me drivers in 1 day. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, everything was well organized and communicated.
