They are amazing people! Truly care about the pets and what they do. Our dog just went through an emergency surgery and Mark was very kind and understanding about the needs of a dog who is just coming out of anesthesia. He made sure the ride home was smooth and comfortable and even carried our 50 lb dog to our home on the 6th floor. I would recommend their service to anyone who needs a responsible entity to meet your dog’s needs. And they are so affordable too for the service they provide! Thank you so much guys!

I had been struggling to have my 4 month old puppy from shipped from Toronto to BC, for several weeks and just when I was nearly defeated and all hope seemed lost, Dog Butler came to the rescue! I'm extremely grateful to Your Dog Butler! I was supported by Arlene and Mark after my flights were cancelled due to a storm that prevented me from picking up my new dog at the airport. Arlene helped me schedule the service less than 24 hours before I was supposed to be in Toronto and handled the chaos of an emergency situation with patience.
