I found your dog’s butler service very last minute on Google. I desperately needed to get my dog to a grooming appt which is not close to us in Toronto. Choosing them was the best decision. Mark was super professional, great with our dog Maple. Overall, the best service. Maple is now groomed and was also excited about the journey slept through the evening.
After a 7 hour flight from England, Meegan from your dog butler was just the perfect welcome to Canada. She stuck with us while we negotiated our way through the immigration process and then brought us all home safe. Thank you.
They are amazing people! Truly care about the pets and what they do. Our dog just went through an emergency surgery and Mark was very kind and understanding about the needs of a dog who is just coming out of anesthesia. He made sure the ride home was smooth and comfortable and even carried our 50 lb dog to our home on the 6th floor.
