Signed up through an online advertisement which stated $20 a month and made mo mention of being billed annually at $240. Customer Support was of no help and very unprofessional. They were more concerned with how it affected them than the fact I was just scammed out $240 Company is a scan and very unprofessional

This app is a scam. They advertise one price and charge customers for a year or 3 months upfront without proper disclosure. When they provide you poor service, they tell you there is no refund. You will not speak to a doctor.

This is a SCAM with incredibly deceptive practices. They will charge you $240 without warning or confirmation of price, provide a chatbot service from a "PA" then refuse to refund you. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

SCAM!! You will be charged $240 without warning. BEWARE! Use a reputable service and stay far away. They have numerous complaints against them on the better business bureau where they have an F rating

Scam !!!! Fraud !!!! They advertise as 20.00 month but will bill you for the whole year then not refund you. They false advertise. If you buy a family plan they will not treat children under 6. If you signed due to the false advertising that they can give a doctors note. You will be told it requires an in person visit. They will not refund you when you cancel membership even though they did nothing to help you. Stay Away.

Their app says a subscription is $20/month. What it fails to mention is they charge you $240 for the year upfront and will refuse to refund you saying it’s non-refundable. Why would I ever pay $240 upfront for a years worth of medical services? Once I used the app I was prescribed a cream that “may help” but was ultimately told I needed to go to a walk-in. So basically I got charged $240 to be referred to free healthcare.
