The receptionist made the whole experience awful. She’s terribly rude. Should not be a customer facing person.
Sylvia greeted me with a face of someone who just found out that Ben & Jerry's was no longer going to be making Chunky Monkey. For someone who is in the service of serving people, she left a whole lot to be desired. I had to speak to her TWICE before she even asked me what I needed. Not a smile, nothing, just stared at me. She clearly does not enjoy her job. Kari the provider, and the nurse who checked me in, were wonderful.
Very nasty, mean woman at reception desk, I visited this morning. Will never return again.
We came in for care with my extremely sick 11year old daughter. However we never made it past the reception area. The lady at the desk was one of the rudest unprofessional people I have encountered in the medical field. Unfortunately people like her should not be working in a client facing environment with way she handles things, especially with her being the first point of contact between patient and practice. The nurses and doctors here are great I bring my son here all the time. But the receptionist. Very rude, doesn’t let you finish your sentence before she’s already talking over you. She was very rude to the older man in front of me telling him to get out the way and put stuff back where he found them in a very nasty way.
