35 mins to check in two patients is absolutely ridiculous.....I guess it must be impossible to find good help....
I have MRSA and I told the doctor that I am resistant to antibiotics and I need them for at least 14 days. He gives me a 7 day script so I called and was told to get up with my primary care doctor. Why should I have to have another doctor appointment and another prescription?? Waste of time. Shouldn't be paid.
Great experience with the doctors and staff at the clinic. The front desk guy was very sweet and helpful with the check in process.
Used to be quick, clean and helpful. But now it's Tidal Health, and IT IS AWFUL. I've been sick and having difficulty breathing for a week. I went in on a Saturday morning to see if I needed antibiotics. I get bronchitis often. There was one woman who went in for a pre-surgery Covid test in front of me. They took me back quickly. Then this PA, David Ford, kept me waiting AN HOUR in the exam room. I think the man was high. He was disorganized, talked too much and too fast and was just bizarre. Horrible service, if you have to get Sedgwick papers signed by the dr there, good luck. they won’t sign any work paperwork and will screw you over. Kicked me out bcuz they got upset me over the fact they trying to get me fired over paperwork they are legally obliged to sign. WARNING IF YOU ARE GOING TO NEED SEDGWICK PAPERS SIGNED DO NOT GO HERE! They just want your money, not to actually help you ESPECIALLY Cambridge.
