Melinda was amazing and made the entire process as a first time homebuyer extremely smooth. She made sure I was 100% informed every step of the way. I will be using Melinda any time in the future as well as recommending her to anyone who is looking for a help.
Melinda and Kelly did a great job for us. They know the market in Littleton and the Roxborough area. They did a great job staging and the photos turned out really nice as well. Our house sold after only one showing and an open house weekend. We are grateful that we use their team!

Many things to say about our experience with Melinda. I cannot speak for the other woman in this company, but Melinda was an absolute nightmare. We purchased a house she owned and was also the selling agent of. To begin with, she was incredibly rude and condescending to our realtor who has been a dear friend of mine since I was a child, but because she's a realtor in Cripple Creek apparently Melinda thought she was better than her. I can’t recommend Melinda and Kelly enough! I was a first time home buyer and they couldn’t have been more patient and understanding with me. I felt like they really listened to what I wanted and they acted super quickly when I found something I really liked and wanted to see. They were great about walking me through the process and made me feel really comfortable. I would highly recommend them to any friends or family who are in the market!
