Promises unfulfilled. Yes I had a disaster of an apartment . But yes, I communicated that status to this company while I was in a Physical Rehabilitation facility for over two weeks. I paid the company $250 for a deep clean. I told them on the phone that I had extra work (cleaning dishes, taking out trash) that I would pay for.
