Leaving this for my grandparents who are almost 80. Scott came out the first day to check a leak on a toilet. He tightened a screw and looked at what was needed for a new toilet that took less than 30 minutes to do, charged them $125 for an hour of service the visit. They wanted to have a toilet installed so he came the next day to install and couldn't get it seated right so it was uneven. They were told the cheapest toilet was $99 and the next model up was $400. This review is a shout out to Aaron at Your Comfort Heating and Air. Thank you, Aaron! On the morning of February 18, we had the biggest snowstorm of the year. I was traveling through the canyon to Mantua and came to a complete standstill due to several semi trucks sliding off the road. I also ended up stuck in the snow, in the middle of traffic, with cars and semi trucks narrowly driving around me. The HVAC van that Aaron was driving also got stuck. They went above and beyond when my heat went out, and they brought a space heater for me to use, then got my furnace repaired so quickly. They're good men who genuinely care about helping others. They communicate clearly, and aren't pushy. I'm so grateful for their hard work, and in turn, a cozy house. Thank you!!
