This is one of the worst property management companies out there. I don't know why owners still use them. Never could get things fixed. Steps on the porch basically deteriorated, asked to fix. The fix never happened. It took 3 asks to get the dryer replaced. When Michelle took over property management, she sent a text, not even an email from the company address a freaking text, stating I needed to pay her on Venmo for rent. No stating she was the new landlord or nothing. Then proceeded to argue with me. Who is just going to ... read more

I just found out a friend of mine is going through the same experience I did with Michelle, I want to make sure people are aware so they don’t have to go through what we did. My fiancé and I were renting a property that michelle was “managing.” We lived there during the 2020 Derecho, and had a lot of tree damage in our backyard and the electricity in the kitchen completely shut off - even after the house got power back. Michelle asked me to call her and once she heard my voice her tone changed. She canceled our appointment not saying why and did not respond. I do see she has allot of negative reviews and I will take this to the Housing Authorities or whom ever needs to hear this. She is a very poor Representation of the company and I will make sure to report her.
