Poor customer relations. I've been waiting on a refund for over 6mo with return calls. Poor lawn management, didn't stop weeds. The is a really nice lady who answers the phone, she's great!
****edit*** I spoke with Mike and he has agreed to fix the problem this season. Will happily go up to 4-5 stars after a few treatments.
Mike’s team did a great job on my lawn. I will be using them in the future and definitely recommend using them
