From beginning to end the service provided is extremely professional, personal, and it really feels like they care. I feel comfortable to put my 100% trust behind everyone in that office. My lab results come back quickly, and so do the refills on my prescriptions. If I have any questions with anything, I always receive a quick response. I’ve been a part of Your Choice for a couple years now. I have medical insurance thru my employer but being a part of a direct care model in addition has been a great decision for me. I’m shocked at how easy it is to get in touch directly with my PCP. Nikki is readily available to address issues and provide treatment options. I’m actually extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I had here. I can’t stand to leave small businesses bad reviews and hopefully this was just a one off for them. I scheduled a consultation and had to pay an employee extra to cover a shift at the business for my appointment. I understand stuff happens. The PA was “sick”.
