The technician from this company is not just the best AC repairman I've met, but a genuinely great guy who's philosophy is to fix problems, not just randomly replace parts and hope for the best. He has over 16 years experience, which help in finding the problem extremely quickly. Everyone I spoke to or dealt with was great. From my first phone call to getting the problem resolved was great. I felt like they were great. Everyone kept me informed and worked to get the issue fixed sooner than I had expected. Very pleased
I got a text advising that the contractor would arrive within an hour. He arrived at our reception to sign in, answer screening questions, and then to the two jobs. He had parts to replace on two units, asked to see the location and efficiently completed the job.
