Loved this office. We previously went to Marbach smiles, which has a more upgraded office but the people there were terrible. Everyone at this place was so kind, informative, and they have the cutest little office puppy! My daughter was very happy the whole visit and enjoyed being taught about the tools they use. I appreciated how they talked with me and educated based on what was actually happening in my daughters mouth instead of just general dentist advice. Thank you for having us!
Dr. Jeffords and her team are AMAZING. I have never met a more caring and attentive staff. They answered every question I had and made sure to accommodate my son and I. Dr. Jeffords performed surgery on my son this morning and I was nervous after having a terrible experience at a different dental office, and Dr. Jeffords did not disappoint. My son was in the greatest hands and the team who assisted with the surgery were some of the kindest and most caring people I have ever met. I would recommend this place 100%. Dr. Jeffords is simply the best! She was made for this job. She is patient, kind, and comforting to the kids. My son had a bad experience with a prior dentist, so he was very scared coming into Dr. Jeffords office but everyone is so kind and so friendly they made it comfortable and easy for him! Also shout out to Ida the receptionist! She is amazing as well! So helpful and caring. Love this office and staff ❤️
