I've been working with Jay for the last 10 years. By far the best of many that i've worked with over the last 30 years. Jay is a workaholic who goes above and beyond. Always answers his phone and responds to texts and emails the same day, often within minutes. Great attitude even when I call him on April 14th, which i try not to do. Jay and Kim have been extremely knowledgeable and thorough with all my accounting needs for the last 5 years. They've helped me through major life events (getting married, having a child, and now helping to navigate the Paycheck Protection Program). They go above and beyond to meet deadlines and always make me feel like a priority. So happy I found them!
After more than five years of being my accountant something has happened to this firm we are not friendly they are not helpful and they have narrowed the scope of their operation. Sort of like a high price H&R Block. Shame they used to be good people and do good work not so much anymore. If you’re looking I suggest you move on....
